U Joint steering added to support fairing and reduce tiller. Steered better with tiller, but the new setup allows the bars to stay within the fairing. Fairing lifts off after flipping 2 QRs Framework had to be outside the shell, to allow room for large boots inside. Also to provide easy access to front QR, and someplace to mount lights. (Since the photos I've added light mounts to the side of the framework, so I can reach them from the seat.)
	By lucky chance, the front QR imparts just enough friction to allow the rear of fairing to lift up for easier entry.
