Do not send money, without contacting me 1st to check on current price and availability.
(Except cotter presses and fixed cup tools. I always have those on hand at the price on the web page.)
Payment I have a PayPal.com account, where all you need is my email address, mark@bikesmithdesign.com and your credit card number.

If you need help, go to https://www.paypal.com click on HELP (at top of page) and select "How do I send Money"

If you send money through PayPal, please send me an email, letting me know you have done so.
Paypal sends me an email whenever money is deposited into my account. However they don't all get through.

Personal checks or Money Orders made out to "Bikesmith Design", not Mark Stonich

Sorry, but I can not accept payment by credit card.

$15 Surcharge on non-USA checks or money orders.
This is what my bank charges me to process these, so I have to pass it on to my customers. I recommend PayPal.

I ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. 2-3 day delivery in the Continental US. (95% in 2 days)
Or, US Postal Service Global Priority Mail. 4-10 business day delivery to most countries. (But in some countries, notably UK and Canada, items can languish in customs for weeks.)

US Postal Service has been fantastic for us. No complaints in 5+ years and about 1,000 shipments. (The one "Lost" item turned up in the recipient's mailroom.) On the Framebuilders & Classic Bike lists I often see complaints about FedEx and UPS. Never about the U.S. Post Office.
